F.B.F at Kaleidoscape

Kaleidoscape is a pretty crazy place, set right in the middle of the neighborhood where I discovered some of my favorite abandoned buildings 15 years ago. For a few years, it was an artists collective that I never got a chance to check out, and now it is best described as a venue straight out of True Detective.

Some guys that I used to explore abandoned buildings with played there recently, and I got a chance to check it out. I didn't capture the unique charm of the place, which has at times had random chickens roaming about during shows, and half naked people passed out on couches, but I did get to shoot Undead Viking Mafia, Bless The Dead, and Sever The Skyline.

Undead Viking Mafia

I got a chance to catch some old friends play this week at The Drunken Unicorn in Atlanta - Undead Viking Mafia. I used to break the law with these guys, but breaking the law doesn't seem to have the appeal that it used to. Now they just shred faces.

Check 'em out and stuff. They're the shiznizzle.

Also playing was another local band, The Voltage Cult, and the headliner was Castle, who was touring from San Francisco.
